Physical Standards
(a) Height and Weight : Minimum height - 157 cms with correlated weight as per age.
(b) Eye Sight : The minimum acceptable vision standards for distant vision is 6/12 for Executive (GS/Hydro) cadre and 6/24 for Technical (GS/Submirine Specialisation) correctable to 6/6 (both eyes) with glasses.
Training : The training is scheduled to commence in Jan 2016 at Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala. After training selected candidates will be inducted as officers in the rank of Sub Lieutenant.
Selection Procedure : Candidates will be issued call up for Services Selection Board (SSB) interviews based on their performance in Degree Course.
