Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited (GSECL),a Power Generation Company,Vadodara invites online applications from young and dynamic Engineer Graduates in the disciplines of Electrical, Mechanical, C & I, Metallurgy and Environment for Junior Engineer Vacancies through GATE 2015 score.Candidates will be appointed initially for the period of two years on fix remuneration.

Remuneration/ Scale of Pay : 1st year Rs.18,000/- ,2nd year Rs.20,000/-.After Completion of 02 years successfully,candidate will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 17300-38610.
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 30 years as on as on 01.04.2015 for all posts. Age relaxation for reserved candidates will be applicable as per Government rules.
Education Qualification:
- VS (JE) Electrical – Candidate must possess BE/ B. Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from recognized University (AICTE approved) with minimum 60% marks.Knowledge of Gujarati is essential.
- VS (JE) Mechanical – Candidate must possess BE/ B. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from recognized University (AICTE approved) with minimum 60% marks.Knowledge of Gujarati is essential.
- VS (JE) C&I – Candidate must possess BE/ B. Tech degree in C&I Engineering from recognized University (AICTE approved) with minimum 60% marks.Knowledge of Gujarati is essential.
- VS (JE) Metallurgy – Candidate must possess BE/ B. Tech degree in Metallurgy Engineering from recognized University (AICTE approved) with minimum 60% marks.Knowledge of Gujarati is essential.
- VS (JE) Environment – Candidate must possess BE/ B. Tech degree in Environment Engineering from recognized University (AICTE approved) with minimum 60% marks.Knowledge of Gujarati is essential.
Selection Procedure : Selection will be made through GATE- 2015 score and interview.
